Jurors, Lisa Kurzner and Jon Seydl, chose to accept 38 pieces of two-dimensional and three-dimensional work from 29 artists. Artists used a variety of media including, print, photography, mixed media, painting, found objects and enamel, to express their understanding of Vacancy/No Vacancy.

Danielle Rini Uva and I worked on Hotel Bruce together, we continue to find reasons to collaborate. Lizzy Lee and I both went to Parsons- they are great designers.
Hotel Bruce was funded by the Cleveland Foundation and the Gund Foundation and was nominated for a Northern Ohio Live Award of Achievement in 2005.
